Terms & Conditions

Welcome to FabConnect. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Introduction

FabConnect (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a digital manufacturing marketplace and project management platform that connects businesses (“Clients”) with vetted fabrication partners (“Suppliers”) for custom manufacturing services.

These Terms govern your use of our website, services, tools, and communication.

2. Eligibility

By using FabConnect, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Authorized to act on behalf of the company or entity you represent
  • In compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations

3. Our Role

FabConnect acts as a facilitator between Clients and Suppliers. We do not manufacture products ourselves. While we vet and manage the process, the ultimate fabrication is performed by third-party Suppliers.

We offer:

  • Supplier matchmaking
  • RFQ and order management
  • Project oversight
  • Communication and document exchange tools

4. User Responsibilities

As a Client or Supplier, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
  • Not misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
  • Respect intellectual property and confidentiality agreements
  • Fulfill all commitments made through the platform

5. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to mutual confirmation between Client, Supplier, and FabConnect.
  • Pricing is provided based on Supplier quotes and includes FabConnect’s service fees.
  • Payment terms are agreed upon per order. FabConnect may require partial or full payment in advance.
  • Late or non-payment may result in order cancellation or account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (text, images, logos, software) is owned by FabConnect or licensed for use. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.

Client-provided designs and drawings remain the property of the Client, and FabConnect ensures reasonable efforts to protect confidentiality through NDAs and Supplier agreements.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

FabConnect is not liable for:

  • Direct manufacturing defects (these are handled between Client and Supplier under warranty terms)
  • Delays due to force majeure or third-party service providers
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free access.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to FabConnect at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law. Users may also request to deactivate their accounts in writing.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of FabConnect after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
